For the best experience, we recommend choosing a duvet that weighs around 10% of your body weight.
This creates a comforting, grounding sensation — soothing without feeling too heavy.
20–35 kg → 2 kg duvet
36–45 kg → 3 kg duvet
46–55 kg → 4 kg duvet
56–65 kg → 5 kg duvet

Materials: 100% cotton
The duvet can be washed in a machine at 60 degrees. You can also clean the duvet by freezing it, either in the freezer or by hanging them up outside when the temperature is below freezing. This eliminates all mites.
