Giveaway terms — draw for Brease Penguin #1
1. Organiser
The giveaway is organised by Growth Group ApS (Brease), Elmsager 68, 8240 Risskov, Denmark, company reg. no. (CVR) 43812661, in collaboration with Martin Moxness.
2. The prize
One winner receives Brease Penguin #1 of 1,000 — a numbered 2.3 kg weighted plush with its certificate. The recommended retail price of a Brease Penguin is DKK 749 incl. VAT. #1 is not for sale and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products. Any taxes or duties on the prize are paid by Brease.
3. How to enter
Join the waitlist on this page. Entry is free, and no purchase, follow, share or comment is required. Each person may enter once. If the same person signs up more than once, it counts as one entry.
4. Entry period
Entries are open from 28 September 2026 until 18 October 2026 at 23:59 Danish time (CEST). Sign-ups after this time are not entered into the draw but still get the 24-hour head start on the pre-order.
5. Who can enter
You must be 18 or over and have a delivery address in a country Brease delivers to via breaseworld.com. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian may enter on your behalf. Employees of Growth Group ApS and members of Martin Moxness's household cannot enter. Void where prohibited by law.
6. The draw and the winner
Brease will draw the winner at random from all valid entries on 19 October 2026. Martin Moxness will announce the winner on his social media by first name and country — no other details are shown. The winner will be contacted at the email address used to sign up no later than 20 October 2026 and must reply with a delivery address within 7 days. If we do not hear back in time, or the winner does not meet these terms, a new winner will be drawn in the same way.
7. Delivery
Brease ships #1 free of charge to the winner within 10 working days of confirmation — ahead of pre-order shipments.
8. Personal data
Growth Group ApS is the data controller. We use your first name, email address and country to run the giveaway, contact the winner and — because you consented when signing up — tell you when the pre-order opens and send you news from Brease. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in our emails. The winner's first name and country are published as described in section 6. See our privacy policy.
9. Social media
This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook or Meta.
10. Other
Brease may cancel or change the giveaway if it cannot run as planned for reasons beyond our control. Any changes will be posted on this page. The giveaway is governed by Danish law. Questions: support@breaseworld.com.
